- भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) के तीसरे चंद्र मिशन चंद्रयान-3 ने चंद्रमा पर सॉफ्ट लैंडिंग की।
- चंद्रयान-3 मिशन 2019 के चंद्रयान-2 मिशन का अनुवर्ती है, जब विक्रम लैंडर चंद्रमा की सतह पर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया था।
- मिशन का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी की क्षमता को प्रदर्शित करना है कि वह चंद्रमा मिशन को पूरा कर सकता है।
श्री स्रेथा थाविसिन, थाईलैंड के राष्ट्रपति चुने गए
- प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने थाईलैंड के प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में चुने जाने पर श्री स्रेथा थाविसिन को बधाई दी है।
- मार्च से थाईलैंड का प्रशासन कार्यवाहक सरकार द्वारा किया जा रहा है, इसकी संसद में गतिरोध बना हुआ है।

मद्रास विश्वविद्यालय अब देश का प्रथम श्रेणी विश्वविद्यालय है
- हाल ही के NAAC मूल्यांकन में मद्रास विश्वविद्यालय को 4 के मुकाबले 3.59 अंक के साथ A++mग्रेड दिया गया है।
- इसका मतलब है कि विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग ने इसे पूर्ण स्वायत्तता प्रदान कर दी है क्योंकि विश्वविद्यालय अब देश में एक शीर्ष रैंक वाला संस्थान है।
- पिछले चक्र 2014 में विश्वविद्यालय को A ग्रेड प्राप्त हुआ था।
दुनिया की नई सबसे ऊंची मोटर योग्य सड़क का निर्माण लद्दाख में शुरू हुआ
- स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर, सीमा सड़क संगठन (BRO) ने लद्दाख के डेमचोक सेक्टर में दुनिया की नई सबसे ऊंची मोटर योग्य सड़क का निर्माण शुरू किया।
- रणनीतिक सड़क, ‘लिकरू-मिग ला-फुक्चें’ का निर्माण अगले दो कार्य सत्रों में किया जाएगा और यह लगभग 19,400 फीट की ऊंचाई से गुजरेगी, जो दुनिया में सबसे ऊंची है।
वनइलेक्ट्रिक: अफ्रीका में उत्पादन शुरू करने वाली पहली भारतीय EV कंपनी
- वन इलेक्ट्रिक मोटरसाइकिल्स ने घोषणा की कि कंपनी ने अफ्रीका में स्थानीय स्तर पर अपनी प्रमुख इलेक्ट्रिक मोटरसाइकिल “KRIDN” का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया है।
- कंपनी ने एक स्थानीय स्थापित वाहन विनिर्माण इकाई के साथ एक संयुक्त उद्यम में प्रवेश किया है।
- वन इलेक्ट्रिक ने अपनी मोटरसाइकिलों की असेंबली के लिए संपूर्ण घटक, प्रौद्योगिकी और जानकारी प्रदान की है।
शिक्षा मंत्रालय ने नया पाठ्यक्रम ढांचा शुरू किया
- शिक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा शुरू किए गए नए पाठ्यक्रम ढांचे के अनुसार, बोर्ड परीक्षाएं साल में दो बार आयोजित की जाएंगी और छात्रों को सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्कोर बनाए रखने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
- नए ढांचे के अनुसार, कक्षा 11,12 में विषयों की पसंद केवल स्ट्रीम तक ही सीमित नहीं होगी, छात्रों को चयन करने की सुविधा मिलेगी।

India became the first country to land on the South Pole of the Moon
- Chandrayaan-3, the third lunar mission of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), made a soft landing on the Moon.
- The Chandrayaan-3 mission is a follow-up to the Chandrayaan-2 mission of 2019, when the Vikram lander crashed on the lunar surface.
- The primary objective of the mission is to demonstrate the space agency’s capability to carry out a Moon mission.
Mr. Sretha Thavisin, elected President of Thailand
- The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated Shri Sretha Thavisin on being elected as the Prime Minister of Thailand.
- Thailand has been governed by a caretaker government since March, with its parliament deadlocked.
- The Move Forward party, led by US-educated liberal Peeta Limjaroenraat, won a historic election in May, but was later barred.
Madras University is now the first class university of the country
- Madras University has been given A grade with a score of 3.59 out of 4 in the recent NAAC assessment.
- This means that the University Grants Commission has granted it full autonomy as the university is now a top ranked institution in the country.
- In the last cycle 2014, the university had got A grade.
Construction of world’s new highest motorable road begins in Ladakh
- On Independence Day, the Border Roads Organization (BRO) began construction of the world’s new highest motorable road in Ladakh’s Demchok sector.
- The strategic road, ‘Likru-Mig La-Phukchen’ will be constructed over the next two working sessions and will pass through an altitude of about 19,400 feet, the highest in the world.
OneElectric: The first Indian EV company to start production in Africa
- One Electric Motorcycles announced that the company has started manufacturing its flagship electric motorcycle “KRIDN” locally in Africa.
- The company has entered into a joint venture with a local established vehicle manufacturing unit.
- One Electric has provided complete components, technology and know-how for the assembly of its motorcycles.
Ministry of Education launched new curriculum framework
- As per the new curriculum framework introduced by the Ministry of Education, the board exams will be conducted twice a year and students will be allowed to maintain the best scores.
- As per the new structure, the choice of subjects in class 11,12 will not be restricted to the stream only, students will have the flexibility to choose.
